We can offer catering, private and group cookery classes and supper clubs. It all starts with a consultation so that we can provide a personal service that’s tailored to you. When it comes to feeding a crowd, we can prepare from a casual street-food set-up to a finger food banquet with a guided tasting.

Street food

Perfect for large groups, outdoor and community events. Generally, we recommend 4 /5 dishes that can be served hot or cold with Injera. Expect fragrant stews made from lentils, beetroot soya and seasonal veg, served in boxes on fresh sourdough Injera.

Finger food

The best set-up for lunches and team getaways featuring easy-to-eat finger food and fresh salads. Expect a selection of Injera sandwich rolls with fillings like vegan scrambled egg and fragrant yellow split peas, alongside freshly made spring rolls with lentils and choice of seasonal salads. This is also available with stews and side bowls. For more information please contact us and we will prepare a bespoke menu.

Buffet menu

A more formal arrangement for celebrations and milestone events. We can make an Ethiopian lasagne, a centrepiece with layers of different stews separated by soft and spongy Injera.
Desserts include a sliced vegan orange cake, tahini chocolate cookies and raw chocolate balls, vegan flapjacks, vegan chocolate rice krispies and chocolate sponge
